• Home: navigates to the Home stream
• Connect: navigates to the Connect page
• Notifications: navigates to your Notifications page
• My Profile: navigates to your Profile page
• Account: navigates to the Account page

• Pro Messages: navigates to your Pro Messages page (accessible once you are connected to a professional)

Connections Section

• You: navigates to your You stream
• Share Button: allows you to share a link to your MealLogger groups to outside platforms
• Invite Button: allows you to invite your friends to join your groups
• View Day: navigates to your Daily Summary page
• View Week: navigates to your Weekly Summary page
• Group (each group's name will show): navigates to a group's Group stream
• Professional (professional's name will show): navigates to your Pro stream
